Imagine laying on a hillside looking at the stars, when suddenly William Shatner’s face appears in the sky and begins a spoken-word version of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody. Of all the covers on Shatner’s newest album, this is the one I wanted to hear the most. There have been many versions of the songs done, such as the awesome Star Wars spoof of it, but of course it’s not the same as William Shatner trying to sing it.
And as a Star Trek: TNG fan, I just couldn’t help to notice that Shatner’s floating face in space resembled Nagilum from the TNG episode “Where Silence Has Lease”. Can you notice the resemblance? Check out the video below.
